Here are a few ways we use data to make our services faster, smarter, and more useful to you:
We use data to make our services as useful as possible, but you decide what types of data we collect and use. You decide whether your organization’s name is visible to the Valify Marketplace community. It’s simple and available with every project.
We’re committed to protecting your organization’s and your privacy. Never will sellers be able to see your contact information or your organization without your consent. Additionally, we’ll never share conversations you have in app. All data shared with a vendor is aggregated and de-identified. We’ll also aggregate project data to provide industry insights on strategic initiatives, but we’ll never use your name or contact info when sharing those insights.
The Valify Marketplace was built from the ground up with your protection in mind. All data in the application is secured using industry-standard authentication techniques. Authorization policies ensure that only you, or other users you have explicitly shared with, will have access to your project data.
We never give access to your data, period. That means no vendor or other organization has direct access to your information.
Please be aware that we will release specific Personal Information about any User if required to do so in order to comply with applicable law or any valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute or court order.
